Welcome to the Project Parade! I’m so glad you’re here! Last weekend we left for our family vacation and we are really enjoying our time together. Of course the warm Florida weather has a lot to do with it. We have been spending most of our time out by the pool and it’s been great. Is the weather getting nice where you are? Are you ready for a cookout? I must have had cookouts on my mind before we left because I made this simple but tasty Shrimp & Tuna Macaroni Salad! It’s the perfect side dish for all of your grilled meats this Spring and is also nice by itself for lunch. Enough about me…I can’t wait to see what you all have been up to!
