Welcome to another week of the Project Parade!  Last week started the season of Lent.  For those of you who missed it, I’ve prepared a great round up of 25 Meatless Family Dinner Ideas that are perfect for Fridays during Lent or even if you are just cutting back on meat for a meal or two during the week.

I am busy packing for my upcoming trip to Orlando for the #FBFOrl Conference!  I’ve never been so excited to head to Florida!  Sure I’m always excited and love when our family vacations in Florida, but this extremely frigid & snowy Winter weather really has taken it’s toll on us folks here in Western New York!  My husband and I are looking forward to spending some time together at Disney in between Conference events and just soaking up some of that warm and sunny weather.  You can follow along on Instagram to see what were are up to during our trip if you like!
