Hot Roast Beef & Cheddar Sandwiches for an Easy & Quick Dinner

When dinner time comes rolling around at our house, everyone is hungry! With 4 growing children, I my job as a wife and mother is to make sure everyone eats well at each meal. Sometimes if we are really busy on a weeknight we might order out. My family loves a good sub or sandwich, but ordering out for 6 people can get really expensive really fast! These yummy & easy to make Hot Roast Beef & Cheddar Sandwiches make a wonderful meal any night of the week and you can assemble them and get them ready to go in the oven on just 1 baking sheet! Trust me- your family is going to love these!

Assembling Hot Roast Beef & Cheddar Sandwiches

After you grab your Natural Selects Roast Beef at the grocery store, make sure to pick up your family’s favorite soft Kaiser rolls, roasted sweet red peppers and sharp cheddar cheese and a fresh salad to prepare this simple meal.

If you like horseradish, spoon that onto the meat (you can add this after they come out of the oven too), add those tasty roasted red peppers and then add more shredded cheese to the sandwiches.
