Cheesy Salsa Burgers

May 3, 2013 by Shannon

Whether you are getting ready to celebrate  Cinco de Mayo or just preparing for grilling season you have probably been busy meal planning.  Sometimes plain old hot dogs and hamburgers get boring and this is a great recipe to spice up any family cookout.  I love Mexican flavored foods and I thought those flavors would go great in a burger, and I was right!  This burger is loaded with salsa, cheeses, spices and is bursting with flavor.  Once the weather gets nice, our family is always so busy and sometimes dinner needs to be quick.  These juicy burgers can be made ahead of time and even frozen.  On an evening with limited time, all you will have to do is put them on the grill.  All of the ingredients are simple and are probably in your pantry right now.  Whatever you decide to cook on the grill this weekend I hope you have a great time with family and friends!
