Welcome to the Project Parade!  I hope you all well and feeling your best!  A few of us at home have the sniffles, but nothing that a nice warm bowl of homemade soup and a little extra love can’t fix!  Soup is my go-to meal this time of year and I always like making a big pot of it so I can freeze some of it for a day when someone suddenly feels a little under the weather.  You can never be too prepared, right?!
