Summer is almost here and so are hot days and less clothing! I’ve been watching my portions, eating more fruits and vegetables, exercising more. The biggest problem I seem to have when watching my weight is will power.  I’m going to be honest here and tell you that I use to have a lot more of it! I always was so motivated and ready to lose that extra weight after each of my first 3 children were born. After my 4th was born, I tried a little here and there, but there was a part of me that didn’t feel like it.  My “baby” is 4 now. I have no baby excuses anymore. So even though I am watching what I am eating, that doesn’t mean that I don’t want to eat yummy food!
