Thanks Lisa! I don’t remember the texture being dry when I made these, but maybe it was because I was too in love with all of the peanut butter going on 🙂 I will have to try your suggestions the next time I make these! However, the texture was rather dry. I think they need an extra egg for binding purposes and possible just a half a cup of peanut butter vs one cup. The Reeses PB flavor will take its place. Perhaps one cup of brown sugar vs half a cup. This would give more of a cookie dough texture, more moisture & richer flavor.. important for cookie bars. Wow I think I rewrote your recipe. But its worth another shot & thanks for all your yummy recipes!
